Initial GLACIER Information Form and Presentation

Intended for departmental staff, the Initial GLACIER Information form should be completed for foreign graduate students and postdoctoral/visiting scholars receiving employment appointments or scholarship/fellowship offers that require GLACIER records. The form will assist them in completing their tax status record in GLACIER, an Online Tax Compliance System used by UCLA. Also, included is a presentation on UCLA's Non Resident Alien Tax Compliance Process that explains GLACIER and when a tax record is needed.
